This is one of my favorite birthday cards. What perfect paper for the background! It came in a stack, so I'll be sad after I make a few more of these and it runs out. Balloons are stamped, and my balloon punch is actually almost the same size! The stars aligned for me on this day haha. Anyways, so I stamped the balloons, chose three coordinating colors and punched those, and then punched vellum for the sheer-effect. I used a small dab of liquid glue for this (vellum tape has not worked for me). The hardest part about this card is adhering the vellum without adhesive showing through. When I figure this out, I will share the good news. Or if anyone has suggestions I would be most grateful!
